The Mission
As the Head of Sales, you are the architect of our revenue organization. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and CEO, you will inherit our current sales team—with more being onboarded as we speak—and lead the charge in scaling our footprint.This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic builder. You will lead from the front, selling into strategic accounts to master the narrative and pressure-test the messaging. Once the framework is set, you will own the end-to-end GTM playbook, manage the sales tech stack, and scale the team to hit our aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Leadership & Scaling: Manage and mentor our current sales team while leading the recruitment and onboarding of new talent to meet scaling needs.
- Playbook & GTM Architecture: You have a primary seat at the table for all things Go-To-Market. You will define the sales methodology, refine the messaging, and create the repeatable playbook for our next phase of growth.
- Strategic Selling: Initially lead from the front by managing a high-priority pipeline to deeply understand our buyer and build a winning narrative.
- Next-Gen Tech Stack Ownership: You will own the sales tech stack. You are expected to be at the forefront of technology, ensuring we utilize the latest tools and AI-driven frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate as a peer with the Head of Marketing and provide direct feedback to the Product team. Given our size, you will have a hand in every facet of the company’s evolution.
